URBACT Programme
Depuis 2002, Urbact est le programme de coopération territoriale européen visant à encourager le développement urbain intégré et durable dans les villes des États membres de l’Union européenne, de Norvège et de Suisse. Urbact est un instrument de la politique de cohésion, financé par le Feder (Fonds européen de développement régional) et les États membres.
Urbact est un programme européen d’échanges et d’apprentissage entre villes dont l’objectif est d’élaborer des solutions pour faire face aux grands enjeux urbains. Par la mise en réseau des villes européennes, le renforcement des compétences et la capitalisation des bonnes pratiques, il soutient les décideurs publics et les acteurs de terrain, pour faire émerger des solutions durables intégrant les dimensions économiques, sociales et environnementales du développement urbain.
